Our two great apartments are found on the 3rd Floor of Chalet Montagne. The Chalet is situated very coveniently on the edge of the old town and the start of the new hotel and apartment area. It is an ideal spot. To walk to the Gondala Base Station will take less than ten minutes. To walk to the centre of town takes no longer and the route is along Pirin Street where so many of the Mehanas are found.

The Chalet has 47 apartments all privately owned but is run as an Apart-Hotel by our management company. The staff will look after your every need.

We have furnished and equipped our apartments to a high standard and you should find everything you need to make your stay an an enjoyable one. Each apartment will sleep four and consists of:

n	Entrance Hall with coat rack.
n	Open plan kitchen-living-dining room with sofa bed and private balcony.
n	Bedroom with kingsized double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and 2 bedside tables.
n	Toilet and shower room.

To the right are some photos of the apartments. The quality isn't great, sorry. Next time we go I'll try and do better but I hope they will give you an idea what the apartments are like.

Each apartment comes with all the kitchen eqipment you might need, an iron and ironing-board,
TV and DVD player. All linen is supplied and changed after one week if your stay is longer. We supply one hand towel and one bath towel per person per week which must remain on the premises, so if you intend to go swimming it is advisable to bring a towel with you or we could arrange hire of more towels if you require.

Chalet Montagne provides the following facilities:

* Available only during winter ski season.

Reception is manned at other time between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm. Outside these hours
there is a security guard who will be able to let you in and out of the chalet.

** Included in the price. During the ski season the Sauna and Jaccuzzi are available at any time. In summer if you wish to use them please inform reception so that they can be heated up.

*** Book in advance at reception. There will be a small extra charge.

There is also secure underground parking available at £25.00 per week. If you hire a car
this really is necessary as the roads are narrow and it is not advisable to park in the street.

The apartments are strictly non-smoking and pet free zones.

If you are a family with very young children we can hire you a cot and a highchair for the duration of your stay at a cost of £15.00. Please just let us know when you book.

Our two apartments are next to each other, so if you have a party of more than four and both apartments are available, we can do you a deal for the two apartments. Our plan is to put in an inter-connecting door so that we can have an apartment that will sleep up to eight or that can be let seperately. That will have to wait until next year when we can get over there to get things organised.
